🌮 Let's Taco: Authentic Mexican Street Tacos Arrive in Murrysville

Positioned on the bustling William Penn Highway, a new culinary venture is set to open its doors this November: Let's Taco. This take-out restaurant promises to bring the flavors of authentic Mexican street tacos to the heart of Murrysville.

Behind the venture are Juan Alba and Mario Gasca. Mario, with a rich history in the culinary world, began his journey working as a prep in various restaurants. His dedication and passion for the craft led him to serve as an executive chef for Atrias for eight years. From humble beginnings to realizing his dream, Mario transitioned from the kitchen to the streets with a food truck. Now, the duo is taking the next step by establishing a brick-and-mortar restaurant.

But Let's Taco isn't just about food. The business has a track record of community involvement. From supporting schools and communities like Plum with donations to assisting causes such as the Rustic Ridge community, a young boy battling cancer, and the suicide prevention group, Let's Taco has showcased its commitment to giving back.

As they prepare to open, the team's vision is clear: to ensure the Murrysville community not only enjoys their authentic Mexican offerings but also experiences top-notch service. With a rich history in the culinary world and a commitment to the community, Let's Taco is poised to become a cherished addition to Murrysville's dining scene.
